Play is a vital part of all of our lives, plain and simple…we need it.  It distracts us, it entertains us, it teaches us, and it allows us to interact and to enjoy.  Play – An Activity Center for Kids can be the perfect place to enjoy and play.  A lot of our Team Members have been discussing lately, with the stress and anxiety of our current times, how just being here allows us an outlet as well as inspiration.  The energy of the kids is extremely uplifting and very contagious.  For us adults, very positive.  When the kids play, there is a lot more going on than just play.  Play is part of development and learning as well as just…well, PLAY!

 We want you to know how much we appreciate the support of our facility.  PLAY has grown so much since its’ doors opened and that is thanks to you!  Without you coming back and especially without you telling your friends about us we will not continue to grow and thrive.  We know that if you were not enjoying your experience at PLAY with your child, you would not continue to come out and we want to make sure that you are getting that enjoyment each and every time you visit.

 With the economic times being what they are, the value of your dollar has never been more apparent.  PLAY is striving to make sure that you are getting that value for your dollar spent with us.

Our pricing is comparable to other facilities who offer play times and in terms of other services like Care and Parties, we often beat the competition on price.  As well as that, PLAY goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is fun and unique.  From the facility itself, to our caring staff who will interact and guide the kids while you are here for Drop-In Play.  Our Care Team Members treat all of our kids like part of the family and send them home with a special craft, a report of activities from their stay and some great stories to tell you about at the dinner table.

 The facility itself offers a variety of types of play for your children to explore during their stay.  This can extend your stay with us making the value of your admission increase as well as leave you with some happy and exhausted kids!  We also work very hard to keep our toys, equipment and general facility very clean.  Surfaces, including equipment and toys, floors, door handles, tables etc are disinfected daily.  We will always answer questions about our cleaning procedures.  PLAY continues to introduce more activities for you to experience like a new after school program called PlayMore, Parenting Seminars and Groups, Moms Meeting Groups, upcoming Family Nights and more!  Our Craft Room is open at four different times throughout the week and we have two different Story Times, both activities free with your admission.  You can even attend Story Time only FOR FREE!  During Craft Time, a PLAY Team Member will provide the direction and materials to make one of our themed creations and during Story Time the kids will sing, color and of course hear stories.  And while you are here playing PLAY has a Family Eating Area where you can relax with snacks or lunch, and then go back and play some more. 

 Our birthday parties are full service.  Once you bring in your supplies, our Party Team Members take care of everything from greeting your guests, to running fun and exciting games and activities for the kids, to serving and cleaning up including packing everything up for you.  And our Playgroups allow you to visit with other parents in our comfortable lounge while Play Team Members supervise your kids and guide them through various games and activities together.

 One of the things we have done, with the hopes of making this business stronger is to be able to book more birthday parties.  It has meant us changing our weekend DIP schedule, but instead of eliminating play on the weekends altogether, we have modified to be open when the most people attend (the morning).  This is turn allows us to book more private parties, thereby ensuring a consistent attendance on Saturdays and Sundays which will mean a stronger business.  We want to be around for a long time to be able to grow and provide you with the quality and fun you expect from PLAY.

 We started out just doing our Short Stay Care in a shared space with a cheerleading gym.  From there, based on your comments, ideas and requests, we added programs and eventually grew into the PLAY facility of today.  In order to continue to expand our programming and provide excellence in facility and customer service, your feedback, ideas and comments are vital.  In addition to occasional surveys, you can use our comment box, talk with us in person, call or email at any time.

 At this time, we know that you have many choices for your children’s’ activities and we appreciate very much that you continue to choose PLAY for fun outings and more.
